Grilling Lobster Tails is one of my favorite fire cooking seafood dishes. It pairs so well with flavors like this Garlic Parmesan Panko Butter Sauce I made to go on top. First, I seasoned the lobster tails with Cajun Blackening from @spiceology. Next, we preheated the butter with garlic, parmesan, panko crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper on the @breeo.co. Let that melt while we grilled the tails. Lathered the outside of the lobster with the sauce, then let it melt over fire for a couple seconds to sink into the meat. Topped with some lemon juice and we are ready to eat. Now, what drink would you pair with this??? 🦞🔥 . . . Ingredients: Butter Sauce: butter, garlic, parmesan, panko crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper . . . Gear: Grill from @breeo.co Seasonings from @spiceology . . .
